Parcel shipping

Smaller and lighter products are shipped by parcel service and delivered directly to your specified delivery address.

Shipping costs depend on the size, weight and destination country of the order and are based on the usual parcel fees of the respective shipping service provider. The specific shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart and during the checkout process before you place your binding order.

Freight shipping

Larger or bulky products, especially our trunks, are delivered by freight carrier. Each trunk is carefully packed and prepared for safe transport.

Delivery is made to the curbside, meaning to the nearest public curbside at the specified delivery address. Transport into the building, apartment or onto the property is not included in the delivery.

As a rule, the freight carrier or delivery service will arrange a delivery appointment before delivery.

Island deliveries, hard-to-reach locations and special delivery cases are excluded from automatic shipping cost calculation. Please contact us before placing your order so that we can provide an individual shipping quote.

For deliveries to other countries within the European Union, shipping costs are calculated individually depending on the destination country, size, weight and type of delivery, and will be displayed during the checkout process. If no automatic shipping price is available for a product, we will be happy to provide you with an individual shipping quote in advance.

Collection by appointment

Collection by appointment is possible. After your order has been placed, we will arrange a suitable collection date together.

No shipping costs apply for collection by appointment. Please bring a suitable vehicle as well as appropriate securing materials. Once the goods have been handed over, responsibility for further transport passes to the buyer.

Delivery times

The applicable delivery time is stated on the respective product page. For handmade products, delivery times may vary depending on the design, execution and current order situation.

For freight shipments, delivery may take several additional working days after the goods are ready for dispatch.

Shipping outside the European Union

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise which are beyond our control. These may include, for example, customs duties, import charges or country-specific taxes. These costs are to be borne by the buyer.

Deliveries outside the EU are only made by prior arrangement.
